About
The story of
Digital Service Provider(DSP) CRM
Hi, I'm Zeeshan. I started DSP CRM while running a video production agency of my own.
Our agency sold what people now call a productized service. Clients chose a service, paid upfront, and sent us their requirements through a form. My team took it from there. Back then, nobody really had a name for it.

For a long time, DSP CRM was simply an internal tool I built for myself. A few friends who ran similar agencies and struggled with the same problems started using it too. They were generous (and brave) enough to help cover some of the development time, even though the solution didn't fully exist yet.
In the early days, you had to download a ZIP file and install DSP CRM on your own server. It worked, but supporting everyone's hosting issues quickly became overwhelming. So we rebuilt DSP CRM as a hosted SaaS platform that agencies can start using right away.
Today, DSP CRM is used by agencies across SEO, content marketing, video production, and other digital services. It brings clients, orders, projects, billing, and workflows into one platform, so teams can stay lean and organized.

What we believe
We believe great businesses don't require burnout to succeed. We're big fans of simple, calm, and sustainable ways of working, and we build DSP CRM with those values at the core. Our goal is to help agencies keep their teams lean and their working hours reasonable.
Unlike many software companies that rely on outside investment, DSP CRM has always been bootstrapped and profitable from the very beginning. We don’t attract users with ultra-cheap plans only to raise prices later, and we’re not going to disappear when funding runs out.
Fast forward to today, DSPCRM is used and loved by
top names in SEO, content marketing and all types of digital marketing agencies you can think
of.Remote Book
If you’re reading this, chances are you heard about DSP CRM from someone who already uses it and loves it, not because we spent a massive budget trying to grab your attention with ads. That kind of growth means more to us than anything else.
We’re the same way unlike many of the software startups which
come and go these days.
They get you with a free, or a downright cheap
subscription only to hike up their prices, or get shut down altogether when funding runs out.
We’re here to stay. And we’re not going anywhere.

Given all that, I’m pleased to say we never took outside
investment, and were profitable pretty much from day one. All thanks to our friends and supporters, some of who were crazy enough to pitch in for a solution that didn’t exist yet (shoutout to our OG users, you know who you are!).

The fact that you’re here on this page is probably because one of our happy users told you about DSPCRM, and not because we spent an enormous amount of capital getting you to click an ad.
