Workspace Domain

By default, you and your clients can access your account from https://yourworkspace.dspcrm.com To use your own domain name you’ll need to configure any subdomain to point back to DSP CRM. Typically we recommend using clients.example.com.

Don’t worry, having Dspcrm under a custom subdomain will not affect anything on your main domain.

Adding a Custom Domain:

To use your own domain (e.g., clients.yourcompany.com), follow these steps:

Step 1: Configure DNS
  • 1. Sign in to your domain registrar or hosting control panel.
  • 2. Ensure the subdomain does not already exist.
  • 3. Open the DNS zone editor for your domain.
  • 4. Add a CNAME record:
    • Host: clients (or your chosen subdomain)
    • Value/Target: domains.dspcrm.com
    • TTL: 3600 (or default)

Attach the Domain

After DNS propagation (may take up to 24 hours), enter your domain in the form above and click “Attach Domain”. The system will verify the DNS record and add the domain to your workspace.

If verification fails, check your DNS settings and try again. Note: Your plan must support custom domains.
