Subscriptions

Overview

This module is the part of your CRM that manages recurring payments (recurring billing) and automated orders. Its primary functions include:

• Track Recurring Billing: It monitors which clients need to be billed on a recurring schedule, such as weekly, monthly, or yearly, and keeps track of their next billing date.
• Display Active Package Details: It shows the subscription services each client has purchased (for example, a Blog Post subscription for $20.00 USD) and indicates whether the subscription is currently Active, Cancelled, or in another status.
• Manage Automated Actions: It defines what action the system should perform automatically when a subscription renewal cycle is completed, such as Do Nothing or Automatically Generate a New Order.
• Quick Filtering: Using the available filters, you can instantly view how many clients have Active subscriptions, how many are Cancelled, and which subscriptions are due for renewal within the next few days.
